The service

Shopping Assistant lets your shoppers find your products by describing what they need, and lets you sell on live video shows while an AI assistant answers questions. You add it to your own website with one line of code, or share your shop page link.

Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including what your team members do.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Your products and your content

• You are responsible for your product information (names, descriptions, prices, pictures, links), your videos and documents, and everything said or shown in your live shows.
• You must have the right to use all of it, and it must be accurate and lawful.
• It stays yours. You let us store it, process it and show it to your shoppers so the service can work.

AI answers can be wrong

The assistant writes answers with AI, based on your product information and your shows. AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. We do not promise that every answer is correct. Check the answers your shoppers see, keep your product information up to date, and make sure the details that matter (price, size, safety, stock) are correct on your own website.

Selling and payments

Shoppers buy on your own website. We do not take payments from shoppers or handle their payment details. Your sale, delivery, returns and customer service are between you and your shopper.

Acceptable use

Do not use Shopping Assistant to:

• sell or show anything illegal, harmful, misleading or that you do not have the rights to;
• harass, deceive or collect data from people without a lawful reason;
• break, overload, probe or get around the security of the service (to report a security problem, see the contact page);
• copy the service or resell it without our written agreement.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it. If you add the assistant to your website, tell your shoppers about it in your own privacy notice.

Changes, suspension and ending

• We are improving the service all the time, so features may change, and we may update these terms. We will change the date at the top when we do.
• We may suspend or close a store that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.
• You can stop using the service at any time. Email us to close your account and delete your data.

No guarantee

We work to keep Shopping Assistant running well and safely, but we provide it "as is", without promising it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost sales, lost profits or indirect losses from using it.
